Esta preciosa, actualizada: una unidad de dos habitaciones y dos baños, ubicada en el piso 19, con literas empotradas en el pasillo del popular Celadon Resort, es una visita obligada. Elija una semana y venga a visitar "Las playas más hermosas del mundo". Disfrutará de vistas espectaculares, sin obstáculos, frente al océano, de la unidad del Golfo de México y playas de arena blanca desde su Gran Sala y Balcón. Este condominio cuenta con nuevos pisos de baldosas en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal, encimeras de cuarzo renovadas con lavabos de montaje inferior en los baños, junto con salpicaduras personalizadas, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable en la cocina.

Edad mínima para alquilar 25 años según la normativa de Celadon Beach Resort.

Updated and Very Clean !

Our stay was excellent! The owners were very responsive with any questions we had about the condo. Their unit was beautifully decorated and looked like the pictures. It was evident they really care about providing a comfortable stay for their guests. We loved the Celadon property ! It was very well kept , clean and quiet. The parking garage was easy to access and no waits for elevators. The only recommendation we might make is replacing the king mattress or topper soon for a bit more comfortable nights rest.

The most amazing sunsets!

Loved everything about our stay here! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Vickie was very responsive, though we didnt need much as we didnt have any issues. Best part was location and proximity to the beach. From the 19th floor, you get the most amazing view of the gulf where we spotted dolphins and sting rays and, THE SUNSETS are unreal!! Just like a postcard! When you go down the elevator, you come out right on the beach! Very easy access for our family. The beach chairs and umbrella service was very convenient but we also brought our own set of chairs and umbrella for added seating and shade. This particular spot along the beach was not as busy compared to different spots further east or west. Really lucked out as we didnt feel like packed sardines. Kids loved playing in the sand and jumping the waves. And of course, sunset walks down the beach were a highlight. There are 2 pools on the property which we used one day when the beach was closed due to high rip tides. Grocery stores and many restaurant options were a close drive. Overally, it was a great vacation and exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be visiting again!

Beautiful Condo and Beach

We enjoyed our first family trip to PCB in this beautiful condo- loved the views of the beach and watching the sting rays. The check in process was a breeze and communication was very easy (and organized) by the owners. Would definitely choose the Latitude Adjustment for future trips to PCB.

Exactly as advertised

So many times properties no longer look like the online photos but this isn't one of those properties! This condo looks exactly as advertised. It is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. We spent a lot of time on the balcony when we weren't on the beach. Having beach service has become a must for us after many years of dragging our children's "stuff" to the beach. Just be sure to check in with the beach attendant to have him assign you a spot. You cannot pick your own chairs. The only thing I might pass along to future guests is that this condo has no small/everyday convenience items like scissors, rubberbands, salt& pepper, ect. This didn't impact our vacation at all, just something to know before arrival. We also loved the location. It is far enough from the hustle & bustle to be a little quieter but still very close access to shopping and restaurants. It was also very nice having covered parking. The sun in Florida is no joke! With 20+ stories you might expect long waits for the elevators but that is not the case with this property. There are three elevators so we never waited more that a few minutes at most. We also had zero issues getting a luggage cart, coming or going. There are plenty of them at the end of the walkover. We didn't access the pool across the street but the one by the beach is amazing! Even with children playing there is plenty of room to cool off after a day in the sun. I just wish there were more chairs available around the pool.

This condo was just like the pictures! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked. It had a very comfortable bed! The patio was private with a great view. The beach chairs and umbrella included in the rental is a huge savings! We loved the quiet location. The owners responded quickly to us when we needed them. They were great to work with! We will definitely consider coming back!

We loved our stay at Celadon! The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated both the beach service that came with the unit as well as the extra chairs if we wanted more space. Family Spring Break Trip

The condo was just like the pictures. Very clean, nice, and well equip with everything we needed. It is on the less busy side of PCB which was great for our family but still close enough for to go and do everything. Vickie was wonderful to work with and answers promptly if you need anything. Retirement Celebration

We loved our stay at The Celedon. The accommodations were fantastic. We saw dolphins several times from the condo and while on the beach. We dined on delicious seafood. We had a wonderful week at the beach! Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo, Better Than Described!

Everything was fabulous! We booked a last minute, 4-day vacay to Panama City Beach (booked Thursday for a Saturday check-in). The host (Vickie) was wonderful. The communication was great. She sent a very thorough email about the check-in process & paying for the parking pass. Everything in the condo is just as described or better! The pictures do not do it justice! The rental is U-P-D-A-T-E-D & comfortable! The bed in the master bedroom should be listed as a prominent feature! I was worried. We needed rest & we are too old to sleep in an uncomfortable bed for 3 even 3 nights. That bed was the most comfortable be I have ever slept in. It was soft. I prefer a softer bed than my husband but he loved the bed too. You can here the ocean from the balcony. We didn't know if we would be able to. The chair & umbrella service that is freely avaliable with the rental is a big perk! So is the covered parking. The beach is beautiful & easy to swim in & enjoy. It felt very safe with a couple of sandbars not far from the shore. Go to Thomas' Donuts & Snack Shop & Mike's Seafood & Oyster Bar just minutes from the condo! Mike owns both places. Get the best homemade biscuit you've ever eaten at Thomas' & every donut we tried was fantastic. Get the Spicy Beach Shrimp at Mike's! You're welcome for the recommendation of this condo, Thomas' & Mike's. We didn't eat anything at either place that we didn't love. We would definitely recommend this condo & would stay here again!!!

Late summer getaway

Our family was looking to make one last trip to Panama City Beach before our children started school. This property is very professionally ran, with amazing communication! We will absolutely book again multiple times next spring/summer!

The unit was as advertised very clean and excellent location close enough to be in all the craziness far enough out where it’s quiet when you want it. Quick response to the few questions I had overall excellent experience
