This newly upgraded studio-style condo is perfectly situated just beyond the amazing shops, restaurants, and local entertainment of Peddlers Pavilion, directly on Scenic 30A. Multiple resort-style pools and beach shuttles give guests an effortless experience during their vacation in Seacrest Beach, Florida. Less than 5-minutes to the East is the sought after town of Rosemary Beach while 5-minutes to the West is the upscale features of Alys Beach. Although fully furnished for 2 travelers, Villages B192 can accommodate up to 4.

A cozy condo right in the middle of it all, The Rosemary Pearl is the perfect spot for a memorable getaway. The unit has a kitchenette equipped with a quaint selection of dinnerware, drinkware and utensils, ideal for an date-night-in or a just a quiet uninterrupted meal! For those who prefer an upscale dining experience, the 4-star restaurant "La Cocina" serves up amazing Latin cuisine and is just across the street. The comfortable king size bed sits on one end of the condo while the queen sleeper sofa sits on the other, each facing the television so no one has to miss their favorite show. There is also full sized bathroom including a shower/tub combo.

Village Lane offers a variety of things to do in 30A! Bakeries, small bites, restaurants, drink huts, markets, cafe's, jewelry stores and so much more! Tight fit

While I knew it was a studio apt, it was pretty tight. We moved the coffee table and stored a sitting chair in the water heater closet to free up space for luggage. AC was stuck on 65, guess the remote controls’s batteries were dead bc it wouldn’t work. It was fine at night bc I like to sleep when it’s cold, but it got pretty chilly
