Charming English Coastal cottage- 5 minute walk to the beach!

Lovely English Coastal cottage- outfitted with retro appliances and mid-century modern furniture. Only 1/10 mile from the beach with a nearby boat launch. Mini-golf course directly across the street.
Also, we are helping with the feral cat population by both TNR and finding homes for them when possible.
We have about 5 to 7 left and we helped find homes for 10, so far. Hurricane Michael caused a feral cat issue here and we support kindness.

Comfortable Beach getaway

Our stay here was very comfortable. We incurred an issue on check in that was conveyed to the host and immediately addressed. We didn’t let the issue interfere with our vacation. The location was very close (within walking distance) to the beach. The amenities of the property were sensible and overall was comfortable for our stay there.

Exactly what we needed!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable cottage. It's the perfect distance from the beach and was neat and clean. Check-in was a breeze and communication with the owner was seamless. We loved the retro decor, spacious shower, and extra towels available. I would recommend staying here again!

Great Little Bungalow

Nice little beach bungalow! We stayed here for the Jeep Jam. House is close to the beach and directly across from a mini golf place. Plenty to do. Private and quiet. Owner is also very responsive to any issues and communicates well. Would stay here again!

The best place we’ve stayed at so far!

Came here with my husband and it was beautiful! Everything was exactly how it was described on Vrbo, very clean and it had everything we needed for the entire week. It’s the perfect distance from the beach and just about any kind of food/drink you could want. Check-in was easy and straightforward, host was very kind and easy to reach. The perfect beach cottage! Would highly recommend.

close to everything, plus cats!

The home is a good size for a couple or small family. The interior of the home is bright and airy. It is tastefully and thoughtfully appointed. Almost everything appears to have been recently updated and several of the appliances are cute and "retro." The electric tea kettle by itself is a sight to behold. The property is a few blocks from the beach but it's an easy walk. There is a crosswalk signal on Thomas Drive which you can activate with a push of the button and just like that, you're almost there. The public beach (#21) is gorgeous. It is also a great place to watch the sunset. The home is conveniently located off the western end of Thomas Drive but still close to the busier Front Beach Road. This gives you the best of both worlds. Several interesting things besides the beach are within walking distance, and it's a short drive to most PCB attractions. The home itself is located on a quiet street. There are cats that hang out on the property but they are completely harmless. They are fun to watch and several are friendly enough to pet. We enjoyed hanging out with them on the back patio and feeding them kitty treats. Bring a value-sized container of Temptations with you and they will worship you. Communication with the owner was flawless. She is very attentive and responsive. We will hopefully be staying here again in the years to come.

PHENOMENAL TRIP

The pictures do not do this place justice. The location is perfect and within walking distance of multiple activities for the entire family, to include the beach, along with putt putt, and many food options. The communication with the owner was amazing throughout our entire trip! For example, the blender didn't work when we got there(we tried to use it late that evening), and they had one delivered the next morning! They made sure our stay was an amazing one and we will coming back and staying in the future as well. I have never had such amazing communication with any owners, until staying here. They make sure you are taken care of and want to fix whatever needs to be improved/fixed. They are a pleasure to work with and we are already booking our next trip!

We are really like this property. It is fully equipment. They have tents, beach chairs already if you want to use. The owner is very nice. They reply our messages as soon as possible when we need help something. They feed some feral cats but the cats are very friendly. When we stay in this property we feed them too. We will come back.

Privacy & Comfort meets Close to Everything!

Our stay here was wonderful, the house had everything we needed and the host was very responsive, kind and attentive to their guests. It’s the best of both worlds, when we wanted to stay in and relax on the back porch it was quiet and tucked away like a little haven BUT it was also just 5-10 mins from everything we wanted to do in PCB! Let alone a quick 15 mins even to St Andrew’s Bay or Pier Park which you might consider ‘a further trip’. Richard Seltzer Park is right up the road from the house and is the best beach spot we found of the many we visited. This place checks all the boxes for a vacation! This is one of those spots that makes a trip tradition, you want to rent here every time you come!

Good overall

Great location! Did have a strong cigarette smell that I told owner about and they apologized for explaining that it was previous guest. Another thing I didn’t love was that they feed feral cats daily on property so there’s 4 or 5 cats roaming around yard constantly and back yard was very unkept. Overall the location and cost outweighed the cat issue though. Owner responded very prompt.

Super clean and close to the beach!
