-Gas, street legal golf cart available with home for an additional $100 dollars per day of your stay plus a one time $125 refundable deposit (half the price of rental places!). If you choose to rent the golf cart there is parking at beach access #10 for vehicles. Message us if interested!

Additional House Rules

~Linens and bath towels are included, but please bring your own beach and pool towels.

~Stays over 14 days in length need to be pre-approved.

~There is a pool alarm on the back door. This is required by code, and is in place to protect small children.

~ No groups over 8 allowed in or at the property at any time. Parties and pets are not permitted at this property and will lead to ending your reservation early without refund.

~Please report any damages or issues right away.

~Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM.

~There are other vacation homes in the area and also full time residents so please be respectful.

~Please text or message us if checking out early so we can give our cleaners as much time as possible to get it cleaned for the next guests.


The space
As guests enter the home, they are welcomed into a spacious living area. The open floor plan leads guests toward the kitchen with island and stool seating. Granite counters and newer appliances make preparing meals easy. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, Keurig, blender and large toaster. The large dining table is great for sharing meals and playing games. Two of the bedrooms and full guest bathroom are located off of the living room. The master bedroom and master bath with walk-in shower is accessed from the dinging room. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and large TVs. New washer and dryer is located in the laundry closet. The covered backyard patio has a new gas grill and dining set.
