PALM SPRINGS ESCAPE VACATION VILLA - Luxury Mid Century Modern w/ private yard & pool in highly sought after Escena Community. Bring the kids for a family fun time at the pool & hot tub. Enjoy golf in one of the top rated golf courses or relish some R & R in this spacious & open one story floor plan villa. Work from home is great in this all suites 3 bd property featuring upgraded furnishings, large kitchen, 2 outdoor patio spaces w/ all the amenities you need for a fun & relaxing stay.

This getaway villa boost over 2,400 sq ft located in the Escena Golf Community. Full amenities including in unit Washer and Dryer, Fire Place, Garage, Private Pool and Spa, Fire pit, Weber Gas BBQ, WiFi (up to 500 mbs), TVs, AT&T TV and HBO. All 3 Bedrooms are suites with bathrooms and large walk in closets in each room. Bedroom Configuration - Master: California King. Guest 1: Queen. Guest 2: Queen in a separate Casita for more privacy. Rooms have desks for your office space and working from home set up. Solar Panels Included so you save on utility fees!

Guest will have access to the entire villa/home with private pool, spa, and fire pit. The villa has service maintenance personnel for the pool and gardening that tends to the premises from time to time. The pool is serviced twice a week (usually Monday and Thursdays) while the garden is serviced twice a month. This is to ensure the villa is well kept and clean.

Guests are responsible for their own utilities. However, property is equipped with Solar Panels. This is huge in utility savings, especially during the warmer months! Guests will see savings of ~$200 or more in utilities!!! We will cover water & trash.
