The primary suite features a king sized bed, sitting area with full size couch, armchair and mid-century desk, flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The suite also offers direct access to the pool patio via sliding glass doors as well as an en suite bath and walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity and step-in shower.

The second bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV and shared hall bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. The bedroom also has access to the patio with a seating area.

The third bedroom offers a queen sized bed with armoire and dresser, and shares the hall bathroom with the second bedroom. This room also has access to the patio with a seating area.

Anchored by the large rectangular ozone pool with integrated spa and tanning shelf, the outdoor spaces feature an outdoor dining room with custom pergola with sliding shade, gas barbeque, fire-pit and abundant chaise lounges, sitting areas and free standing umbrellas. The newest feature to the backyard paradise is a built in bar.
