First, they placed us in a room with a strong smell of swear. They refused to change the room because they believed it wasn’t a smell issue. However, the person who was in charge of the service rooms confirmed that it was indeed a problem in that part of the hotel, and they were aware of it.

We wish the room was actually serviced and cleaned each day. 1 out of 4 night we had a new bed made, only towels were dropped off. Beautiful hotel over all.

The room was nice not new but comfortable and clean. Get a room that faces the pool area. We asked for a view room and got a side street. Should have been more specific. Arrived to an employee in our room. Weird. She said she was making sure all was okay but we felt she was hiding out or sleeping on the couch. She left her radio on the couch and had to come back for it. Embarrassing for her. All other employees were nice. Pool area is beautiful. Loved the fireplaces. It’s close to downtown. And nice walk to all that is there. Would stay again.

The fact that self-parking was not free for the hotel that charges $450 for the night was a surprise. The staff was great. The room smelled unpleasant. We asked to change it. They changed the room and waved the parking charge.
