Long wait even with pre pay. Key didn’t work had to haul heavy luggage and cooler up and down 2 flights of stairs. Waited outside room 30 mins after 2nd key wouldn’t work. Needs to use restroom and had an accident in pants while waiting. Room dirty, crusty. Loud outside noises. People smoking pot outside doors, cigarettes butts all over and outside. Disgusting

Could not put heater on because it smelled like burning plastic. Room was clean but needs work done on it.

The room was clean, and the property was convenient. There was no shampoo in the room and only one towel provided in the room, which was still damo when i went to use it.
