Palm Springs Villas II is a large complex of economical one bedroom/one bath condos. This gated complex is approximately 2.5 miles north of downtown Palm Springs. Common amenities include six pools, eight spas, tennis, laundry and a putting green.

Conveniently located in Palm Springs Villas II, this is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1st floor condo furnished in classic contemporary. The condo has a comfortable queen size bed, queen size convertible sofa, and brand new recliner. For your entertainment, the condo is furnished with a flat screen Hi Def TV/DVD in the living room and an additional TV in the bedroom.

The warm spa is steps from the front screened door with pool and laundry room close. This unit has been freshly painted. It also includes the following: new (2019) flooring throughout condo along with ceiling fans in dining room and bedroom, new shutters in bedroom, dual pane windows in master, upgraded kitchen and unlimited calling in California. The owner has also recently installed grab bars in the bathtub for your safety. You can see the majestic mountains from the Northwest exposure. The size of the complex, the secured covered parking and the mature landscaping create an ideal setting for your enjoyment. Shopping and restaurants are within one mile of the complex.

High Speed Wireless Broadband Internet is provided for your convenience during the winter months, as well as free long distance to US and Canada.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.

Nice location and friendly neighbors

This property is currently being renovated. It has been freshly painted and new flooring and decor nicely done. The kitchen needs remodeling but was sufficient. No dishwasher at present. Too much stuff in kitchen cabinets. Less and better quality kitchen amenities would make this a better experience but we had what we needed.

Very quiet location

The suite that we had was very comfortable, clean and well stocked with basic supplies. The bed was comfortable and the TV had good instructions for use. We would recommend this accommodations to other couples. The pools were good for swimming and the hot tub outside our door was a bonus.
