The former home of renowned designer Arthur Elrod, this iconic mid-century gem has undergone numerous renovations—including repairing the roof—to improve the overall property without compromising the original atmosphere of this historic residence. With more restoration to come, midcentury fans will be able to see the incredible transformation as it happens in Palm Springs now and in the future. This one-of-a-kind property is located in one of the most highly sought-after neighborhoods in the area—Old Las Palmas. This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath luxury vacation home features original pieces that graced the house when it was first constructed, including a 22-foot long custom-made sofa, a wall-to-wall cream and V'Soske area rug, and other invaluable decorations. Admire these classic touches as you walk into the great room, which features views of the stunning outdoor patio and private pool through 14 foot floor-to-ceiling windows. The natural lighting illuminates the large living room with expansive ceilings and tons of space. Stunning!

The kitchen and dining area offer the same fabulous architecture that guests will experience throughout the home: soft creamy colors, beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, and plenty of space. Pamper guests at the 8-seat dining table with the golden chandelier overhead while serving them a gourmet meal prepared on the electric stove or other stainless steel appliances. The lovely primary bedroom is a restful oasis featuring a double king bed accented with 2 full-length sofas. Lots of natural lighting ensures that the space always feels bright and airy, while the private en-suite bathroom provides everything you need for a refreshing start to the day, including both a tub and a separate shower with two sinks with vanity mirrors.The suite also has a sliding door for direct pool access.

Bedroom 2
Queen Bed

You'll love the Queen’s bedroom, featuring a light yellow and white canopy bed. This luxurious bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a bath-shower combo and one sink for you to get ready in the mornings or refresh yourself at night.

2 Single Beds

The third bedroom has a unique library room that includes two single beds. This room has plenty of room and consists of a private en-suite bathroom with a bath-shower combo and a single sink. This room also has direct access to the pool.

Bedroom 4
Queen Bed

The final bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed ideal for relaxing after a busy day. The en-suite bathroom allows you the privacy you need while on vacation and is complete with a quaint shower and a single sink. This bedroom is great for a couple or a solo traveler.
