As one of the most popular areas in Palm Desert Monterey CC is the best communities in the Coachella Valley including 31 pools for you to choose from! Live in comfort and style at this tranquil retreat. This light and bright 2 bedroom, 2 bath + Den home features 2 bedrooms (2 king), large sectional, a vaulted ceiling living room, comfortable furnishings, a private patio and direct access to a very private community pool with views of the mountains and fairway directly behind the end unit condo.

MCC is a private gated community with 24/7 security, beautifully landscaped grounds and great access to several fun activities.

The condo is within minutes of several public golf, tennis and pickle ball facilities. We are also located within minutes from El Paseo shopping district, theater, exceptional dining, museums, Eisenhower Medical Center, grocery, retail and the living zoo. This newly updated condo has everything to make your stay memorable.

Our property is also great for traveling nurses, business stays or anyone that needs a mid-term rental in the coachella valley.

The condo is also 15 minutes from both Coachella and Acrisure Arena.

The unit was well equipped, clean and the property owners were very responsive. It is centrally located for all that you want to do in the Palm Desert area. The patio furniture was very comfortable, c/w umbrellas and steps from the pool and hot tub.

Perfect Palm Desert Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this rental! The condo was comfortable, clean and fully stocked. The locations close proximity to the pool was a big plus for us as we enjoyed it each day. The expansive deck was lovely and the large rotating umbrella kept it cool in the afternoon sun. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place to relax.

Very clean and comfortable place for 6. The large patio is nicely furnished to enjoy outdoor living. It has a very nice view of the golf course and the mountains. A pool and jacuzzi are steps away. Be aware that the sport facilities are not included in the rental, but Civic Center park is very close with excellent pickle ball and tennis courts.

Perfect!

Came for a long weekend to do a pickleball camp at Monterey country club and this residence was close and perfect. Appointed with everything we needed and more! Also a wonderful outside patio with comfy furniture. Would stay here again for sure.

Can’t say enough good things.

We were a family group of 4 adults and one 12 year old. The condo accommodated us very comfortably. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed and then some. We appreciated the proximity to the pool and jacuzzi and the beautiful view of the golf course and the snow covered mountains beyond. The unit is very tastefully furnished.

Excellent Property

A lovely, well maintained property. There were a few minor issues which the host promptly addressed. The house overlooks a lovely golf course with a wonderful view of the mountains. The hot tub and (unheated) swimming pool are 5 steps from the patio, which is a very nice bonus. It is in a large gated community which has many benefits - safety, well-maintained. The community has many facilities ( courts, gym) but we were not clear if - as renters - we could access those facilities. Thats something to check.

We had such a fun time here. The property was perfectly located near great restaurants and shopping. There was a pool steps away from the patio. It was very clean and organized and perfectly decorated. My best friend and our families had a great getaway. Host was very kind and quickly responsive
