Thank you for taking the time to share your post. Due to the on going pandemic, Housekeeping service no longer happens daily and is only available upon guest request. I will check with our Engineering department regarding the quick buttons on the phone that would get you connected to the Front Desk or Housekeeping. There is a good possibility that those quick buttons are not registered to connect to those departments, but the maintenance crew will look into it. Again, I am sorry that you were unable to get a hold of someone to get the room cleaned. We sincerely apologize. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your post.
