Overall the value for what you paid justifies the rental. However we arrived at the property well after check in time and we were sitting at the front gate for 15 minutes without a gate code or door code to the property itself unable to get in and had to call the number multiple times to get Alex to answer.Arrive at the apartment, everything seems okay on the surface. Unit needs some TLC on the maintenance side and we had some concerns about how clean the property was as there were lashes sitting on the night stand and actual dirt stains on the bed sheets, which doesn’t give you a good feeling about the overall cleanliness of the whole place. Messaged the host in the VRBO app several times with no response, called several times and left voicemails with no response. Needless to say the communication was the worse I have ever had at a VRBO. On the plus side the unit was spacious and accommodated our group very well and the resort was conveniently located and had great facilities.Overall, if you need a large place to stay and that’s it then this place will work, just don’t expect any communication from the host.
