I loved the hotel and the location. It was near everything and that was a plus. The only thing that was not amazing is the hotel door was hard to open we had to push it open with our shoulder each time, and also when you get in the room you had to push it really hard to close the door. But other than that I would stay here again in the future. The staff was really nice especially Diogo. (I think that’s how you spell his name)

Literal only real complaint was that the bathrooms are barn door/sliding style and there is no lock on it. So it kept coming open during showers,which is not ideal. Everythings else was 5 stars

The hotel has a great location for Universal Orlando and several restaurant options nearby. It's a good choice for just sleeping. The rooms are new and clean, as the hotel doesn't have a recreational area for families. Overall, though, it's good.
