Rooms had issues, was sent to a different hotel which they were unaware more guests were going to. Due to the lack of communication, at first they informed us there was no rooms available, but after they were able to find one.

This has always been our go to hotel when staying in Orlando. Probably every other month or so. This time around we received a room on the first floor and it was extremely noisy. Everything else with our stay was great.
