The hotel grounds are really nice and the area is safe, conveniently located. The check in process was a breeze and the front desk staff was helpful and professional. The only thing I disliked was the odor permeating from the old carpeting. I think hard flooring such as tile or other options are a must for hygiene reasons. The room was clean but the smell from that carpeting was not pleasant at all. Very obvious.

The bathroom had a broken shampoo dispenser. The sheet set for the sofa bed was not in the room and when it was requested at the front desk there was only one pillow. The room is dark and needed more lighting. The bathroom was not to my cleanliness standards.

Staff very friendly and accommodating! Older hotel needs some upgrades. Would not swim in hotel pool. Breakfast pretty decent. Not a very convenient location. Says it’s walkable to City Walk but it’s far. Shuttle service on time but a little unorganized and very crowded. Reservations are needed to ride shuttle and have to walk next door to Holiday Inn to catch.
