Hotel had an awful smell throughout of cheap air freshener reminiscent of a Las Vegas casio. This was immediately noticeable upon entering the hotel. It was worse in the hallway outside our room. Also the temp in the hallway was ridiculously cold. Our room: there was another terrible smell in our room which was hard to pinpoint, like a bad cleaning product. We think they were covering up something. It was bad, it totally ruined our stay. We were too tired to go complain and ask for a room change. We were so put off by the smell outside the room, we figured all the rooms smelled terrible. The stink from the room remained in our clothes long after checking out. We will never stay here again.

Great location for early flight out of MCO. Parking option was far cheaper (and more secure) than on-airport parking. Shuttle was perfect and all was on time.

We made reservations with your hotel. When we got there, the hotel’s water was shut off. We were shuttled to a nearby Spring Hill Suites where we stayed the night. The water problem was definitely not the hotel’s fault, just an unfortunate occurrence. It was disappointing to us since the Spring Hill Suites was a downgrade from your hotel. We wanted to stay in, eat dinner at the hotel, and get some sleep. We ended up having to go out since we weren’t staying at your hotel. We paid for a nice hotel (your’s) and ended up staying at an average hotel.

I was not informed until the day my family and I arrived that the water was going to be off through the night at the property. The water ended up being off until after 8am and we were unable to use the restrooms or shower at all before we left for the airport.

Old dated room

The room smelt musty the whole time. We had to continuously spray body spray around the room to make it smell somewhat decent. In the morning we found little bugs crawling on the tile floors we are not sure what the were hoping they were just small ants. The shower didn't want to turn off it had to drain for quite awhile before it shut off.

The hotel seems to be fancy but when we went to our room even though clean it had an older hotel vibe. We went outside to use the spa and we needed to clean it but the jets ended up not working.

After we checked in, we were told the property didn't have any water and that engineering was working on it. We were told the water was to be back on at 4am, it wasn't. At 7am we decided to leave because the water still wasn't on. I don't feel we should be charged for this night stay.
