Two story spacious cottage home that is walking distance to secluded Olivia Beach Community Park and beach access. Listen to the waves of the ocean with a cup of Joe on the porch. Smart TV's in every bedroom with voice activated Alexa. TV's have access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu, Disney+, and HBOMAX. Bedrooms are large with the two upstairs bedrooms measuring 12x20. Plenty of room for families or that love privacy. Comfortable beds, luxurious linens, and well stocked kitchen. Bathrooms feature soaking tubs for ultimate relaxation. Easy walking distance to Nelscott coffee shop, restaurants and shopping.
The house features a gas fireplace, wall heaters in every room (each with separate temperature controls), and a tank-less water heater. The open floor plan on the main level satisfies your need for family time with the kitchen, dining and living areas. This is a great home for those that want the master suite on the main level. There is also a half bath and laundry facilities on the main level. The front porch has comfortable wicker furniture and a water feature. We love to spend time sitting on the porch, drinking coffee, saying “Hi” to the people walking by, or watching the sunset at night. The birds in the morning are a lovely way to wake up at the beach. All bathrooms are amply stocked with paper products including tissues, hand soaps and towels. We do not stock shampoo or conditioner for our guests. Ceilings fans are installed in the upstairs bedrooms and living room for your comfort. If you have a little one, we have a Play-n-Pack and Highchair available upon request.
First Floor
Living Room: Have the family fun happen here in the living room! The sectional couch with down pillows is a very comfy place to hang out. Enjoy the throws on those nights when you feel a little chilly. There is a gas fireplace for those cold stormy nights (our favorite) to take the chill away. We have provided our guests with a 65” Curved TV We have pre-loaded Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime with HBO, IMD TV, You Tube, and web browser that are ready to watch. WiFi is also available for you to connect your personal devices too.
Dining Room: The dining table seats 6 with an adjoining breakfast bar that has addition seating for 4. We provide napkins for your uses as well as place mats and tablecloths. Look behind the door for a place to take your shoes off and hang up your coat or umbrella.
Kitchen: Great open floor plan for you to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a Side by Side Refrigerator that has Ice/Water in the door. You can cook a great breakfast on the glass top range or bake some muffins in the confection oven. The microwave oven is above the stove and has popcorn setting for your movie theatre popcorn. Wake up and brew you a quick cup of Joe with a Keurig Coffemaker and coffee pods. If you prefer a regular coffee pot, we have one available as well. The lights below the counters as well as above the counters that are great to leave on at night if you need extra light on. For easy clean up, put your dishes in the dishwasher and go. We provide some basic essentials such as some spices and dry goods as well as plastic wrap, aluminum wrap, and plastic bags. All of your cleaning essentials are under the counter. Enjoy the Doterra antibacterial hand soap! We have fully stocked this kitchen with all your cooking essential needs. Please make sure that you look in the credenza and the cupboard in the dining room (breakfast bar) as we have stored cooking essentials there too. There is a large pantry available for your use to store your food during your stay.
Master Bedroom: Live like the King and Queen of your family in your luxurious First Floor Master Suite. There is a King Size Bed that had dual controlled Tempur Pedic Adjustable Mattresses, one side has a cooling foam adjustable mattress. There is a 35” Smart TV with Alexa Voice Control for you to catch up on your favorite Netflix, Amazon Prime W/PARAMOUNT+ , HBO, AND STARZ, Hulu, Disney+, and HBOMAX. The Master Bathroom features a huge soaking tub for two with a shower, dual sinks, toilet and walk-in closet.
Powder Room, Pantry and Laundry are in the hallway behind the kitchen.
Second Floor
Upstairs South Bedroom: Great room for a family or teenagers to hang out. Two Queen Size beds await you in this room. One Queen Bed has an adjustable base with a Hybrid Cool Memory Foam Mattress, the other Queen Bed has Cool Memory Foam Mattress. This room has an ample storage space in the walk-in closet and a huge dresser to place your clothes for your stay. There is a 35” Smart TV with Alexa Voice Control TV for those times that you need to have some time to yourself, or for the kids to watch a movie. Find something fun on Netflix, AmazonW/PARAMOUNT+ , HBO, AND STARZ, Hulu, Disney+, and HBOMAX. The headboards are custom made with functioning lights if you are one that enjoys reading in bed. There is a “peek-a-boo” view of the ocean from this bedroom. Enough to see the color of the water on clear days.
Upstairs North Bedroom: This is a great room for a Family with children to stay in. This room features a King Size bed with Cool Memory Foam Mattress. There is also a Trundle Bed with a pullout (under the bed) that gives you two twin size beds for the kids. This room has an ample storage space in the walk-in closet and a huge dresser to place your clothes for your stay. Please feel free to take and read a book or two, we hope you find one a good read. There is a 35” Smart TV with Alexa Voice Control TV for those times that you need to have some time to yourself, or for the kids to watch a movie. Find something fun on Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu (other free channels available).
Upstairs Bathroom: Relax away in the over sized soaking tub or take a quick shower. The double vanity with great storage give you and your family a place to put all of the toothpaste and toothbrushes and great ready to start or end the day. You also have a toilet that services the upstairs bedrooms.
Playroom: This is a great space for kids to hang out and play games or just to read a book. The couch folds out for a sleeping space that is perfect for kids or teenagers. Games are available for your use in the cabinet.
