Ideal location for the family

This is a wonderful and well equipped home which is clearly well cared for. It has a fantastic garden and the heated pool and the hot tub/spa provided hours of entertainment. The City Rules are clear if somewhat restrictive. Not to be able to go outside for a cup of coffee and to read a book is unfortunate in such lovely surroundings. To be able to have a quiet swim up to say 10:30 pm would have been good too. But rules are rules and we abided by them. For travelling Brits a drying aired would be useful, ditto a laundry basket and some towel rails in the bathrooms would be a useful addition. These are very small points but might be helpful for future guests. Overall we have had a fantastic stay so thank you!

Family get together

The house was nice and very clean. Backyard was beautiful and the pool was really nice. The child alarms on the doors to the pool were a little annoying. And the keyless entry system malfunctioned a couple of times. Once in the evening and we were unable to get a hold of anyone to fix it for several hours so we just took the battery out so that it would stop beeping. The property manager came and fixed it the next morning. But if we had been locked out (as opposed to already home) when it stopped working it would have been very frustrating to not be able to get anyone o. The phone for several hours.

Relaxing get away

Out annual family and friends trip landed us at this property in Orange, it’s secluded setting and quite neighborhood provided the perfect amount of fun and relaxations. The house amenities, general layout and pool/spa gave us all enough space for our group of 8 to enjoy the sun without feeling crowded. We will book again!

Wonderful Stay!

The house is beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed and more! Plenty of kitchen tools and appliances both big and small, lots of pool and bath towels, pool toys/floaties/life jackets, extra blankets, etc. We spent nearly the entire stay in the pool and spa which are the perfect temperatures. There is plenty of outdoor seating to hang outdoors and relax while taking a break from the water. This house is a great place for big families to stay all together.

A Gorgeous Property

This was our first stay at this beautiful home, and it definitely won't be our last. We stayed here with our two daughters (12 and 16) and really felt like we could relax and shed the stressful year. Not only is the yard with the pool absolutely stunning (and the pool water was always a perfect temperature), but the inside of the house exceeded our expectations as well. We've stayed at other VRBOs in the past but none have offered as many conveniences and useful items in the kitchen as this property did. It really felt like the owners put a lot of thought into what guests staying at their home would need. We stayed here with the intention of relaxing and swimming, but the location is central to so many things to do in Orange County. We appreciated the house's proximity to many grocery stores and food options. All in all, this gorgeous property will definitely be our go-to for many years to come and is large enough to be an option for our family alone or to vacation with friends as well.

Almost perfect

Everything was great and exceeded our expectations…..except the insanely strict rule about you can’t be in the backyard after 10 pm. There was a night when we have been gone all day, got home late and wanted to sit in the hot tub. We quickly got a phone call telling us the noticed on a camera that we were outside in the pool and needed to take our activities inside because of city quiet ordinance. They didn’t even want us sitting quietly in the hot tub. It was a bit frustrating that we couldn’t even use the pool and hot tub much because we were gone during the days. So if you are excited about the pool/spa option of this house, make sure you are there during daylight house so you can actually use it! Otherwise the house itself was great. Lots of room and very nicely let.

Gorgeous home!

We absolutely loved this property. It is clean and new and was the perfect place for our family to stay to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Chapman. The yard is gorgeous and we loved the pool and hot tub. Loved that there were enough bedrooms for everyone as well. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Will NOT Disappoint!!

This was the PERFECT home to stay for a quick weekend Disneyland trip! There were two adults and five teenagers in the home, but it never felt crowded because there is so much space. The pool table was a treat, but the heated pool and hot tub was the real star of the show! Not to mention incredibly comfortable beds and literally having everything you would need in the comforts of your own home kitchen. I would note that there is a BIG emphasis on noise and not being outside past 10 PM or before 9 AM. I get it as the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, but it would have been nice to sit outside and look up at the stars without having that worry over us. Also, the sliding doors leading to the outside pool area have baby-proof alarms on them requiring you to press a button before you exit/enter or the alarm would sound. Also, even though there are screen sliding doors, the glass doors cannot remain open or it will sound the alarm until the glass doors are closed. The alarm is permanent and you are warned against tampering with it (as it is there for safety reasons after all), but it does take some getting used to (the teenagers set off that alarm more times than my ears could handle on the first day lol).

Superb family holiday stay!

We grew up nearby and our two families stayed here for Christmas week. It’s perfectly located in a quiet, well established neighborhood but still in walking distance from useful shops and restaurants. It’s clear the whole place is very recently renovated, tasteful, practical and fresh inside and out. The home is huge, with plenty of space and amenities for all we wanted to do- cook and eat Christmas dinner, TVs everywhere for music and movies, roomy tables for playing games, great pool table in the garage, and of course the warm pool and roomy jacuzzi with super jets. Beds are lovely, large and comfy. Bathrooms fresh and clean, (could use some hooks for towels). The HVAC runs a little cold so bring cozy lounge clothes and the water runs very hot, so be careful! We will definitely recommend and come back to this home!
