We arrived to be informed the elevator was broke and we were on 2nd floor. No offer to help with luggage. We are 70 and 73 years old. Breakfast was coffee, granola bar and sticky bun. I felt I inconvenienced clerk when asking for coffee cup. Poor customer service. I would not recommend this place

Blah! Rooms are dated. Check-in was bad. They didn’t have our room ready as they were “behind” from being completely booked the night before. The guy at the front desk made it a little better by offering us a different room with a smaller bed so we wouldn’t have to wait. However being woken up at 6 am with screaming, doors slamming, something constantly being dropped/thrown from the room above us was unacceptable. My husband made a noise complaint and the staff was rude and very unconcerned about the matter. This made our stay bad and we will not be back. The customer service this morning was horrible in every aspect.

The rooms were clean. The staff ans the front desk clerk were so rude they came into my room after knocking 1 time and i was naked thwy came into spray our room. I was so imberrassed and humiliated. Then the maid tried coming in after only knocking 1 time as well. Absolutly no privacy. We were teeated rerrible apon check on when i said my childten would be coming in later. My children are older and tgere would be 3 of them and 1 of me so i got a room with 2 beds i was informed i couldnt have any guests but i kept explaining my children werent going to be guests of mine we wete renting the room as a family the guy was very rude and kept repeating no guests. Well why would i rent a room for myself only and need 2 beds? Made no sense at all. Then the 2nd day the workers were pulling up huge roots outside and threw dirt all over our cars with no care that i had just gotten my car cleaned and detailed and out of the shop. There was dirt all over our 2 cars. Terrible customer service as well as their hired construction workers and pest control employee was down right ridiciously disrespectful. Then when we were leaving we decided to grab a bite to eat of breakfast and we had 20 min to spare it was 840 they were already putting it all away. I thought wow they wont even let us eat. We decided to stay at this hotel with the ideal that this would be a great place because it privided us with the ammendities that me and my family were looking for. My kids decided not to even swim

There was construction in the front of the building making difficult to know where to go in. The Halloween decorations were tacky and trashy looking. There was decorations mimicking blood and hand prints. Not what I want to see at a hotel while on a business trip. My room smelled of cigarette smoke in a non smoking facility. The breakfast was horrible. Nothing left when I got there at 830 and no coffee. I was unhappy and felt deceived with the pictures of the property.

Staff was pleasant and amenities fine. Only thing that was an issue was didn't seem to be a quiet policy for children. Was woken several times by screaming kids and slamming doors.
