When I Checked in after a 6 hour drive, the refused to let me use the bathroom.. and forced me to stand there like a child..to get my room key for the 3rd floor and use that bathroom. very insulting.

How discussed the whole building was past the lobby and outside. The room smelled like smoke. And then there is a $100 deposit for in case you make. I think that is a racket.

I was told there were no rooms available. Then when i tried to get refunded, they said i didn't show up. So i paid them and wasn't Able to stay and they won't return my money. Rip off.

Much of the property including front lobby areas were in disrepair with no evidence of any current renovation being performed. Elevator malfunctions by stopping at every floor every time, and when we checked into the king size room I had reserved, we had a queen size bed with two very flat and flimsy pillows. I wanted to call down to the front desk to request at least two more pillows, but there is no phone in the room. We return to front desk to ask for more pillows, and we were given two more pillows as requested with no issue. We later discovered there is no coffee maker in the room though an ice bucket, microwave, and minifridge are still in residence. Shower is only bathing facility present (no actual bathtub). Surfaces were visibly dusty and dirty, and grimy debris was present along underside of counter ledges and under table. Most television channels were non-functional so we entertained ourselves watching some good ol’ QVC. The bed was one of those typical cheap motel mattresses that are almost as though it’s simply a set of bed boxsprings with a sheet over. We were quite tired, though, and laid down to sleep but through all hours of the night heard folks running up and down the hall, conversing loudly , Shrieking with laughter, and yelling at others in the hall from what I could ascertain of the conversations. No breakfast was available at 7:30am or any other time. Decent bits of my stay: my room smelled pleasant and front desk staff was well above average.

They were renovating which is nice but they were doing it while you were trying to walk through it so it was just difficult.
