Hotel needs a refresh

We have stayed at this hotel for many years. However, the last time we stayed was in 2020. Since then the hotel has become rundown. The air conditioning unit in the room was leaking on the carpet. The wallpaper in the common areas was peeling and overall it is rundown. My reservation got mixed up with another reservation and I had to come down and be re-billed.

Not so hot for the $

The entrance area was nicely maintained and the staff was very nice. The wood in the elevators and room seemed to be in disrepair. The end table in between the beds was unsupported and facing and downward angle. You could not put anything on it because it would fall off. No bath soap, just one bar of hand soap. Beds were clean and it was a comfortable stay outside of the disrepair. Pool was fine. Paid extra for this hotel thinking it would be good, but maybe the location was the draw. Dave and Busters next door worked out well for us.

We had a spacious room that had everything we needed: refrigerator, TV with good reception and channels. The location is great for lots of dining options. The room had black out shades. The hotel staff was very helpful.

Our bathroom in the room was not clean. We found a lot of hair on the floor so it had obviously not been swept. The carpet in the room was not clean either. Likely will not stay at this Hampton again.

Not the best Hampton. It was probably the worst Hampton Inn. Not the cleanest. Rundown and in need of a huge overhaul. The lobby had a weird smell. Hard bed and watered down maple syrup, it was where I drew the line! We won't be staying here again.

Nasty trash and worse smell

This is without doubt the nastiest Hampton of ant I’ve stayed at booked for 4 nights and the room was horrible had a filthy mold/mildew smell room was dirty in lobby there were open empty water bottles laying around and the entry had disgusting pizza boxes and trash laying around! Hotel refused to refund my money and I only stayed the 1st night, I would never recommend this Hampton on NW Expressway, Okla City to my worst enemy!
