Enjoy sunsets from your home away from home! This top-floor unit features a 28-foot balcony with an indirect ocean view, recently updated floors, and gorgeous vaulted ceilings. The building is situated on the historic Ocean City boardwalk. You are 30 seconds away from sand between your toes.

The interior is perfect for a group of couples or for a family. We offer 2 parking spaces free of charge - the building offers additional visitor parking. The unit features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an updated kitchen. Each bedroom has its own TV and adjoining bathroom. The living room is perfect for board games or a movie night. Have a glass of wine in the jetted tub while the kids watch Moana!

Amenities include a rooftop outdoor pool open in-season, as well as an indoor pool (open April-December) and a fitness center on the same floor as the condo. The building has outdoor showers on the ground level allowing you to rinse off without waiting on your way up from the beach.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Second time staying

We’ve stayed at this property twice. It is in an ideal location! There are some things that need fixing (like the front door that gets stuck every time you open and close it) but it was otherwise clean and ready for us! We will be back.

Needs some work.

First the good: Check in was quick and easy. Property location was great; on the boardwalk. Beds were comfortable. Now the bad- Place was very dirty, and I don't mean just a little. Laundry room slats were covered with black lint. Kitchen countertops were sticky. Old food and hair on the carpet. Sliding door tracks were clogged with debris and needed cleaning. Mold in the one shower. Contacted Vacasa multiple times and finally got another cleaning crew at 5pm the next day. Lots of phone calls, texts and wasted vacation time. Maintenance issues. Top entry door hinge coming out requiring you to lift up on the door to close it. Chaise lounge on the balcony had a broken back. Light burned out in shower. I have pictures of all and have kept the texts and phone call records. Once I checked out I never heard from Vacasa again. If I owned this property I would be looking for a new property manager. Beautiful Condo. Host company not good.

Check in was a little confusing. Amenty fob has different condo number. Entry code for condo did not work upon arrival. Got a new code and that code did not work 24 hours later. Could not get into the condo two nights in a row. Getting in touch with host company, Vacasa, was not easy. On hold for 20 plus minutes. Condo was also not thoroughly cleaned. Bedding had what appeared to be coffee spilt on it which went all the way through to the mattress. When contacting the host company, the response was we had a washer and dryer in the condo and that the inspectorsaid everything was fine. No stain on the bed. So we had to was all of the bedding and make the bed before we could even go to bed. Made for a late night considering it was almost a 4 hour drive to get there. Dish

Great location, beautiful Condo, very nice pool. The only negative thing was having to always have a key fob.. which was hard when you have family members, can't use the elevator or go anywhere without it. I only received one.. but then the office gave me another one. Great time😊

Thanksgiving Memories

The unit is very nice. The views are beautiful. There are more dishes/utensils than anyone could ever! We had an issue after checking in with the CO2 unit chirping. I called and was told someone would get back to me and that did not happen. At bedtime we realized there were no sheets or towels in the unit. I then texted again and did get a timely response A delightful woman brought 2 bags of linen which was fortunate since we had young children ready for bed after a 5 hour trip. We had to make the beds ourselves. We were told they would bring another CO2 unit the next day (we were able to stop the chirping by disconnecting the unit) which we never saw. These were our only disappointments with the unit. It met our needs and was quite comfortable. Loved the balcony on our sunny days - beautiful views of OC.
