Located on the boardwalk. Large, roomy units in a highly desirable area. Close to everything you need for a perfect vacation. 1 and 2 bedroom units available with oceanfront balconies. All have fully equipped kitchens, washer, dryer, and central air conditioning. The building is well equipped with multiple staircases, elevators and handicap ramps, an outside shower and parking for one car. Some units are NON-SMOKING. This building books very quickly-reserve early or lose your spot!

1/2 of condo seemed to have been remodeled - the other 1/2 flooring rugs especially filthy and stained. The couch was also very dirty and all stained. We would have probably left had it not been we were on a limited time schedule. The location was great - just wish that it was better furnished and updated. Maybe next time in OC - MD we will try again. Have rented thru VRBO many times and have not been disappointed this is the 1st time.

GREAT LOCATION

Great location . Great off season price. Beautiful view. Great updated kitchen and bathrooms. Some cleaning issues: Nasty shower liners, extremely dirty and stained shower curtains, very dirty carpet in hall and bed rooms, air vents caked with dust. Hopefully the owner will speak to cleaning crew. EVEN after having to clean upon arrival, I WOULD rent again.

Perfect spot

Condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Master bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well-appointed. Sofas need cleaning or need to be replaced. Overall stay was excellent!

Great location and spacious updated condo

Family of 4 stayed for 3 nights. Plenty of room with a large balcony off the living room and master bedroom. Great little cafe just next door for breakfast and lunch. Quiet location to hear the waves even for being on the boardwalk. Will definitely stay again.

Prefect Get Away

This location was close to everything we wanted to do and allowed us to walk right out to the beach. The property owner and property management agents were all great. The parking was directly under the apartments. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The kitchen and living room were modern and very clean. The balcony had a great view of the beach. All other tenants were friendly and polite. Even though it was close to everything the apartment was quite.
