The beachfront property offers fantastic views of the beach from the living room, bedroom, and loft, with decks off both the living room and loft. Enjoy having the whole family under one roof, with steps leading directly to the beach so the kids can run in and out. The complex has an outdoor pool and is conveniently located near many midtown restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. It is equipped with a kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 TVs, free Wi-Fi (service not guaranteed), and central A/C. Parking for 2 cars, non-smoking unit, and no pets allowed. Rents Saturday to Saturday. Occupancy: 14.

beach week 2024

Check in was a breeze, check out too-thanks for the drop box for the keys-we got out of there early Saturday morning! I had 13 family members. Our favorite things were proximity to the beach, the super nice pool, and the covered deck out back. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The beds and bedrooms worked out for us this year, next year might be 4 more people and might need a bigger place. Otherwise, will definitely rent again! All the family had a great time and loved the unit. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location

Thank you your home was an amazing location for our family and kids. I would recommended maybe laminate flooring or hard wood flooring, just not carpeting.
