Gorgeous Renovated 2 Bedroom Midtown Condo with Pool! Lucayan #27

Gorgeous 2 Bedroom renovated Midtown condo with an outdoor pool - PRIME LOCATION! This great condo is just a few blocks from the beach (3-4 minute walk) and has a new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances! Vacation in style and enjoy clean, new furnishings! You can even enjoy a bayview and a peek of the ocean from the private balcony with a bar height table and chairs! The condo is equipped with high speed wireless internet and 3 Smart TVs so you can enjoy streaming with your login credentials. In addition to streaming, the living room TV has cable (April - September). The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 double/full beds. You'll also enjoy central air conditioning and a washer/dryer in the unit. This condo is a 3rd floor condo and the building has an elevator. The outdoor pool is open seasonally, typically Memorial Day - Labor day weekend but if the weather is warm, it may stay open thru mid-September. This cannot be guaranteed, however. You'll get two parking spaces for your vacation, one assigned and under cover and one unassigned in the parking lot. *This property allows 2 night minimum stays until Memorial Day weekend.*

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*The condo comes with comforters/blankets and pillow. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $98.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.

Family Vacation

The condo was the perfect size and location for our family to stay during vacation. The balcony was a favorite with beautiful views of both the bay and the ocean past the dunes. We had a few hiccups with the digital lock, but the manager was prompt in responding and the physical key was easily accessible. Overall, a great vacation.

Great Family Location

Very much enjoyed this property, the location, the views and the clean rooms. Host response was very quick for questions we had. Easy room and pool access. Loved the views of the marsh/water. We would/will definitely stay here again. Thx so much.
