This was our first time staying at a hotel that was not ocean front in ocean city and it was the best decision ever. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and the staff were amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

This property looks fairly new or updated on the surface, but there are a lot of issues. The front desk was nice enough, but didn’t seem to care much about issues when we brought them up. Room needed a more thorough vacuuming and other issues, no toilet part upon check-in, shower rod broken and falling off causing lots of water leaking after use, bedside lamps not working, one dim main lamp- no lighting in sitting/sofa area. Grouchy breakfast staffer who refused to let me toast my own bread 3 minutes after breakfast ended. Loud, obnoxious clientele and strong smell of marijuana in hallways both days. We realize it’s a busy vacation area, but none of these issues would be hard to remedy!! It was a last minute trip, next time we’ll pay more and hope for better at a different chain.

Not excellent but a nice hotel

Hotel was clean and staff at front desk was friendly and professional. If you are going to the beach on a busy weekend it isn't worth waiting in the traffic. You can walk the draw bridge however there are alot of people who do that. The only few complaints I have is the water pressure is very low, the walls are very thin you can hear everything 👀, and the lady that works at the breakfest area isn't friendly at all and was taking everything up at 9:05 because they close at 9:30. You expect not to make full batches of anything but to trmove the items early isn't right. Plus, just rude.

Great location for an overnight beach trip. Close to seafood restaurants, Ocean City MD boardwalk and walkable to an ice cream shop. Room was nice, included breakfast was good and amenities were nice.

I liked that the property wasn’t close to the busyness of the beach and boardwalk, but had an abundance of eateries around it. And although I own a dog (I didn’t bring him though), I didn’t like the dog across the hall barking day and night as well as the kids running up and down the hallways. P.s it also took 4 hours to get wash clothes and towels.
