Hallways and lobby appeared clean allowed early check in. Walked into our room and it smelled like a moldy basement. Thought it was just the ac unit but found mold all over the electrical cords behind the night stand. While looking for the source of the smell we also found dirty socks next to the bed. Every morning we were awakened by the sounds of the game room down the hall after a staff member thought it was a good idea to prop open the game room door. Pool was run down. Handicap lift had the motor wires cut, kids splash pad coned off and a random pipe taped to the ladder dumping water into the pool. Will not be returning to this place again.

We stayed September 11 through the 15th our dogs were infested with fleas and flea eggs by the time we left on Monday,, service animals went from car to room and outside of hotel rot use bathroom… This place is nasty and doesn’t care about your animals or children…. This place is DANGEROUS TO you your pets and children,, and the management doesn’t care….

Stayed for 3 nights, room was clean and comfortable. All the staff I encountered were friendly and attentive to needs. The daily breakfast was a good mix of your typical hot breakfast foods; sausage/eggs/pancakes/waffles/baked goods. Dining area was clean and well maintained. Whomever is in charge of the music played in the lobby was doing an excellent job - I enjoyed the tunes as I walked from my room to other areas in the hotel and car. The pool area was as advertised and even had a lift chair for wheelchair users to enjoy the pool! Unfortunately the weather had other plans during our stay and we did not get to enjoy this amity. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay down the ocean without breaking the bank on lodging.
