Beautiful vacation condo in Thee Cori Noel. Stunning bay front building located on 2nd Street in desirable downtown Ocean City. Your family will love a vacation in this 3 bedroom luxury condo. Spectacular views of the open bay and the Rt 50 bridge from the spacious balcony with updated seating, the living area and the master bedroom.
In addition to the view, you will enjoy a spacious living area with a large tv, a stunning kitchen with stainless appliances and all the comforts of home you are accustomed to such as WIFI, washer and dryer, two parking spots and an elevator. This property has basic cable and no internet from 11/1-4/1. This condo can comfortably accommodate a family of 8. Bed sizes include a king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom and a queen and a double in bedroom 3. All bedrooms have tv's. Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
There is even an outdoor pool for your enjoyment. Property rents full/mini weeks in season with a Friday or Monday check in and any 3 nights off season.
No Smoking/Vaping No Pets Please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Amazing Condo & Views

The condo was very nice and very clean. The kitchen was better equiped with dishes and pot and pans than any place that we have stayed. The indoor and outdoor furniture was very nice. The beds were comfy. It would be nice to not have to go from 2nd street up to 62nd Street to check in! Other than that, everything was perfect! Thank you!

This condo is perfect location right on the bay and walking distance to the beach! There is fishing right infront if the condo. The condo is huge and very nice. One of the best places we have stayed in OCMD.

THE PLACE to stay in Ocean City, MD

We could not have had a more pleasant experience on our family's beach vacation to Ocean City, MD. The unit was in immaculate shape when we arrived. The location, just a short walk from the beach, was ideal. The unit overlooks the intercoastal waterway, and the wraparound porch was lovely. The unit is within short distance of several great local eating spots. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed.

Beautiful condo, perfect location and access to the pool. The shower is AMAZING (actually everything in the condo was)! Up to date technology on everything. Loved the wrap around porch. Would def go back!

All that glitters is not gold.

The condo with the bay view was lovely and there was enough room for our party of four. At a glance everything seemed fine until you noticed the hair in the chairs in the family room. The chair covers for the chairs on the balcony were dirty. The bed in the main bedroom was not very comfortable and had bugs and I was severely bitten on both hands, trunk and legs and spent the weekend in discomfort. There was an issue with low water pressure in the main bathroom and that issue was addressed promptly. The condo is lovely but the cleaning crew needs to do a better job.

Nice play to stay overlooking the bay.

Overall impression and experience was very good. More space than we could easily use. Great wrap-around deck. Clean and relatively modern. Only true negative was the water pressure was rather low, making showers interesting. But, overall, I would have no problem staying here again, nor recommending it to others.

4th Annual OCMD Family Vacation

This property is all it’s advertised to be and then some! Stayed Aug. 8-15th, 2020. There was more than enough room for 5 adults and 1 child. Condo was clean and updated with all the modern amenities. Lots of dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware as well as many countertop appliances. Only complaint was that the pool was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I realize this is beyond the control of the property owner but one of my main reasons for booking this particular condo was for use of the pool, especially being a nice occasional option for a 3-year old when we wanted something different than always going to the beach. I simply feel that the property owner should have made it explicitly clear that the pool was closed in the rental description. This is the only reason for my overall 4-star rating. Otherwise, everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay again!
