Room was fine. Desk clerk needs to learn to speak without hard candy in his mouth and clicking it against his teeth. I couldn’t hear him and couldn’t understand anything he was telling me because of the noise he was making with the candy

My only suggestion is actually booking through the hotel and not a third-party because if there’s like an ounce of trouble they’re gonna be useless and they’re really mean and honestly, you have to email them probably like three times to get a response because you can’t actually contact the actual hotel that’s not an option unless they call you first Also, as a warning, they will charge a ridiculous amount of money when you arrive because you have to pay for the “” amenities it’s a ridiculous amount they shouldn’t pay and they don’t tell you until you get there so if you didn’t like it, you’d be out of a reservation Honestly, the hotel is better for a last-minute reservation because they’re so cheap. The day of it would honestly make more sense to not book anything and then go and book with them.

Rest and Healing

My wife and I stayed here for over a week due to our son being in the hospital nearby. The staff was amazing. They let us know about a discounted room rate for hospital guests. The location of the hotel is ideal for this, but also would be great for people visiting Chicago. Its steps away from great food and shopping right in the heart of the city.
