Arrived to check in at ~ 11 pm, to be told be staff that we would have to wait 10 minutes for "change of shift" work. This included counting the change in the money drawer. After waiting, it took almost an hour to complete check in but, the rooms were still not ready as the linens needed to be changed. Worst hotel experience of my life! Obviously staff did NOT consider customer service a priority. Never stay at this hotel!

The most basic motel ever

Besides room cleanliness and bed comfort not much to recommend. No 24 hour desk monitoring. Skinny towels. Startled to find out that our backgrounds would be checked for child predication. Yikes, what kind of clientele might want to stay there. We did survive.

Short-term apartment rental not a hotel

Pros: Kitchenette
Cons: Customer service attitude needed desperately and they need to be clear that this is not a hotel when you book it.
Location: Location was OK. No complaints other than it is hard to find as you have to drive back away from the road address to the hidden building.
Staff was rude and unfriendly. They refused to let us check in before 3 PM in spite of our pleas having just drove 43 hours straight to get there and were beat. They said they would call if a room was available before then but this proved to be an empty promise. When we got there at 3, they had a list of some 30 vacated rooms with roughly 11 crossed off as being assigned to an arriving guest. I know this because they crossed off our room number when they gave it to us. There is no room service, they keep office hours only so, if you need amenities outside of hours, it is too bad. You have to go downstairs to exchange linens and ask for soap, toilet paper, etc. Rooms are not cleaned except between guests. In short, this is a no services hotel. More of a short-term apartment rental. The kitchenette was nice but did not overcome the rude behavior of the staff. I would never stay there again nor wish it on anyone that I know.
