Relaxing at the beach
The property and location were perfect! Great restaurants very close by and the beach across the parking lot. I had a very nice, comfortable stay!

Nice house and amazing location. Great views and everything is within walking distance Had an issue with Wi-Fi not working, but property manager sent a tech out the same day and got it handled

Infected with Covid
We arrived Sunday and became I’ll Thursday saw a doctor Friday apparently the home is not disinfected properly. Also the furniture is very uncomfortable and management would not allow us to have families and friends stay with us or add to the list. Thank goodness for them being unreasonable as it prevented our friends and family from getting Covid. But not us we were diagnosed Friday and left Saturday morning. Worst vacation rental ever and it says it’s on the sand but it’s truly directly in front of a loud busy public parking lot and a loud bar next door. Zero peace found here

Great location needs updating.
Excellent location. Living room furnishings were very dirty, missing cushions and extremely uncomfortable. Needs a lot of updating. Be prepared to purchase additional supplies. Inly enough trash bags and toilet paper provided for 1-2 days. Can’t beat where it is though.

AMAZING VACATION
Beautiful home right on the beach. Awesome location walking distance to everything. Home is so well stocked you honestly only need to bring your clothes and bathing suits. Absolutely loved our stay and we will book again next year.

Well appointed, prime beachfront property.
My three sons loved the big elevated patio, running out to play and in the surf and sand. The kitchen had everything we needed and were surprised there was a working sauna. Tons of beds for sleeping options and the place was modern and clean. Fantastic visit and I grew up nearby.

Space & location = gorgeous, property management = a mess
My husband & I checked in to see notes everywhere saying how clean the place was, only to lift a blanket and open the freezer to find that very little outside of the linens and counters had been cleaned. We asked for a sponge/washcloth for the sink & were told they don't provide them. I ended up using a bath washcloth only after asking for those (they weren't originally there either.) 4 days later, I couldn't figure out why I was coughing at night and lifted the king mattress to find mold all over the boxspring. Thankfully, they replaced it quickly, but the communication from Vacasa/SeaBreeze was spotty & their staff kept knocking as they walked into our space - even when we were there. We asked multiple times to be notified because we have a dog (and we're on vacation...) but they said there wasn't anything they could do. I've tried multiple times to reach out to a manager to discuss this before reporting it, but walking into our rental without prior notice - that was the final straw. No call from the management, and I ended up spending a ton of money only to be sick, foggy, and frustrated. Never again.
