Noisy

Everything old and run down. Never stay again. AC broken and old. Rattled and made noises all the time.

Travel Inn

Pros: LOCATION!
Cons: Pool hours!
Location: Located within walking distance of Times Square, Central Park, Madison Square Garden, The Empire State Building, Broadway, the subway and much more!
The hotel was in a great location for our short stay in NYC! Everything was within walking distance. The only disappointment was that the pool closes at 7:00 p.m. After walking all day in 90+ degree weather we went out for a swim and were "shooed" away. :/ I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting the city and isn't interested in the pool!

Superior room was tiny. To dang small.

I upgraded to the superior room and it was very small. They say it's for 4 people but we had a rediculous time. Only 2 small elevators for 10 floors u have to wait along time. It's about a mile to time square in a dark area across Salvation Army where homeless sleep. My recommendation is choose somewhere else.

Great find in NY

I was very surprised! I was expecting a small room with bare necessities for the price. This room was exceptionaly nice with 2 queen beds, nicely decorated room. Actually looked like the pictures shown on the internet. My next visit to Times Square This will be my hotel of choice. Also would like to say Thank You to Nancy in reservations very helpful and accommodating.

Decent hotel. Good value.

I read a lot of not so good reviews about this place so I didn't expect much but I was pleasantly surprised. When we first walked in the place smelled clean and fresh. We where greeted by friendly staff and checked in quickly and efficiently. My room wasn't the nicest but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

FEELS LIKE TIMES SQ CIRCA !983.

Pros: Housekeeping respected my 'Do Not Disturb' sign.
Cons: Capital Improvements.
Make your way to the back of the sketchy parking garage to a dirty hallway and round the corner to the 'North Building' elevators. When you reach your floor, you notice that you're no longer inside, but exposed to the elements... in a dimly lit motel 6 on 42nd Street and 10th Ave. The rooms haven't been updated since the Reagan Era-- possibly Carter, and the beds are as comfy as a cinderblock..

Decent, Pricy

Pros: Location
Cons: AC functionality (worked, sorta)
Location: Conference centers, Hells Kitchen
Middle of the road room. Decently clean, and everything functioned well. That being said, it was dated, and small. No real compaints, but understand this is a desirable location in NYC, so $400 a night for something you could get for less than $60 elsewhere is to be expected.

Hotel close to NYC Holiday fare

Pros: Location!
Cons: No evening room service to have bar service
Location: Radio City, Rockefeller Center, fifth avenue. Great surrounding restaurants too.
Friendly staff and decent accommodations;within walking distance to special places for NYC Holiday time.
