Right in the middle of everything.

Pros: The location of the hotel, and friendliness of the staff.
Cons: New York is expensive, and staying at this hotel is not cheap. But worth the money.
Location: Right in the middle of the Park, Times Square, and Broadway.
Very nice New York style hotel. Room was nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. It was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. My daughter was looking into going to a college in Manhatten, because of the location, we were able to walk to the college. We were also in walking distance to Times Square, and Broadway. You won't go wrong staying at this hotel.

Disappointing

Went there for our anniversary, booked a king size bed. We got a room with 2 twin beds. A smoking room with no ashtray. Parking cost was outrageous! It was NOT a good night at all!

The BEST in NYC!

Can't say enough good things about the The London! The bathroom and specifically the shower were the best! Awesome water pressure and plenty of counter space. From the moment we walked in the staff were eager to please and ready to accommodate! 5 stars across the board, can't wait to stay again!

Great location, spacious and clean.

Pros: Clean, spacious rooms, great bathroom, nice views and courteous staff, loved the location.
Cons: Speed of elevators and decor not my style.
Location: Close to Central Park and all midtown activities.
The London was a pleasure, the location was perfect, the room was spacious and clean, a bit modern but overall very we'll put together. The hotel staff was extremely attentive and responded to anything we needed right away and they were always pleasant. The only improvement I can say is that the elevators are super slow and although we got a great deal, it's kind of a pricey hotel.

Attractive hotel, large rooms, good service in a prime location.

Pros: Free Internet
There are just not many places in this popular neighborhood where you can get a 500 sf. room. We were also impressed with the friendly, helpful staff.

Beautiful spacious rooms

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Great location; the room had to be the largest, nicest 'standard' room I've ever seen. To equal or surpass this hotel in midtown you would have to spend at elast twice the money.
