The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel staff was very accommodating. Our only complaint was having to pay an additional $50 per night for a rollaway bed for our son. It was quite uncomfortable and felt like it should have been included in our stay. Other than that, great location for Christmas in NYC.

Rooms are really nice and clean. The building is a bit old though and the property would stand to benefit to upgrading the doors on each room to improve auditory privacy. Thankfully it’s a nice upscale hotel so everyone stays pretty quiet and you don’t hear much through them.

Lighting is poor. Mattress is very soft. USB port in room is not readily visible. Arrived 11:30 am, concierge said he will call me when room is ready. He disappeared and never called me. I went to the desk at 1:30 pm and I checked in with a different concierge. The room is dated. The lobby is dated with black frayed couches and uncomfortable chairs.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Love the location. Rooms are dated in decor but are super clean and kept up nicely. We had no problems with our room. The walls are thick and you cannot hear anything outside of the room. Very peaceful respite despite being in the middle of the city!
