Wonderful hotel, close to Times Square

Pros: The hotel was very clean and the front desk and the bellman were very accommodating. I received many extras that I really appreciate.
Cons: The room was somewhat small.
Location: The location was excellent. I was there for Times Square and I was one block from Times Square.
I had a wonderful experience. The staff was super and I could not have asked for more. I had a very nice trip. I arrived early and my room was ready, so I was off to a good start.

Best Hotel experience I've ever had.

Pros: The quality of service, the location, the comfy beds, its poshness.
Location: It's an excellent location for being a tourist. Easy to walk to the entire Broadway/Times Square area, Rockefeller Center and much more.
We had our best trip ever what with the bellhop coming out with an umbrella when we arrived, the free umbrella to use when it was raining, the turn down service with both milk and dark chocolates, the kindness of the front desk staff, and most incredibly, Kia from the front desk remembering my remarks about my 50th birthday so that when we came back to our room late that night we found a handwritten birthday card, pinot noir, and a platter of chocolate-covered strawberries! I could not recommend this hotel more highly.

Fantastic Stay

Pros: Friendly staff
Location: Midtown NYC location, 3-4 minute walk to Time Square
The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the hotel, our room was ready and the maid was in the room doing the turn down service, providing us chocolate, very nice touch. It's a very convenient mid-town location. Even though on very much street, hotel is super quiet. They offer complimentary DVDs to watch. I would recommend and would stay there again.

Clean, great location but too small

Pros: Service excellent. Location - just 1.5 blocks from Time Square. Clean Hotel.
Location: Nearby we went to Time Square and watched the Lion King.
I came with my husband and 8 year old daughter for 2 nights. Everything about the Hotel was excellent with the exception of the room size. It was just not enough for us to move around and get ready at the same time in the morning.

Favorite Respite in the Middle of Times Square

Cons: We were there for a little over 48 hours but had to pay 3 full days for valet parking.
Location: Location is great for theater and Times Square. We were travelling for business at the Jacob Javits center and it is 10 minutes away.
Third stay at the Iroquois Hotel and this is now my "go to" hotel in NYC. The hotel is small, well appointed, clean and quiet. The rooms are tiny, but beautiful. The staff is wonderful! doormen, front desk, valet and barkeep all polite and welcoming. Bill the concierge was very helpful and recommended great restaurants within walking distance. Attention to detail is A+.

Great location, good but not great value

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: very small room
Excellent Midtown location near Times Square but on a relatively quiet street. Staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean...my one criticism is that the room was very small, even by NY standards.

Excellent staff and great location.

Pros: Free Internet
This hotel is in an excellent location minutes from Times square and 5th Ave. Also within two blocks of the subway hub at 42nd St. The staff has professional and always helpful, meet every need we had. When we first arrived there was an issue with the bed, that was corrected within five minutes.
