This property is in a prime location around World Trade Center and Wall Street. Security is on par accessing main entrance, lobby and room with key. My toilet needed repair and customer service handled it within minutes. It was definitely a home away from home.

There was a used plastic cup inside the closet that was not taken out by the time we checked in. Room is pretty standard for a studio suite. I noticed they did not provide any dishwashing soap nor sponges though unlike some other studio suites I have stayed at. Before we left for the day around 10am, we called housekeeping to have our room cleaned. However, when we got back around 4:30pm, room was still not cleaned and when it was almost 5pm, that was the only time someone knocked from housekeeping to clean our room. They have a destination fee of $25 daily per room which is consumable. However, their mini market options isn’t a lot. Breakfast was decent. I had better ones from other hotels. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. I’d say it’s pretty underwhelming for a 4-star hotel (based on Google).
