Impeccable property. Luxury feel, extremely clean, spacious, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place. We were touring all over Europe, and this would be the only property I would return to again. Close to everything in Krakow. Perfect home base for outings, in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The only limitations was with parking. Fortunately, we lucked out and found a great parking spot every night, but that could have easily been a challenge on any given day. Thank you for the incredible stay!

Staff was gracious and amazing. My friend arrived before me and I was so happy they let her into the room. The room was very spacious. Beds were ok, although my pillows were flat & hard which made it a little hard to sleep. I would have VERY much appreciated a bit of coffee in the kitchen. Or even the option to purchase some kind of kit with coffee and milk. Overall though it was a nice stay for a good price.

Don’t stay here. Honestly, we didn’t even spend the night and went home. The “suite” had a futon as the couch. There was a floor air conditioner. It was overall really gross.

The staff were incredibly kind. Location was great. We got a bigger room than we expected. It was the biggest room I have ever had in NYC before. The only thing I will say is that the building is very old, so there's only 1 outlet in the room and the outlet didn't work. The plug fell out and wouldn't stay in place. We loved everything else though!

Everything within the property was excellent from the front desk to my room. It was spacious and clean, a perfect suite for a single person or couple on the fifth floor. If you’re driving, parking may be an issue as the street is very narrow and one-way and only available for delivery, pick-ups and drop-offs. The location is not would have been my personal preference, but it was easy to get used to as so many people of all ages walked up and down the street. I would stay at this location again. The staff was very friendly and held unto my luggage as I had a late evening flight.

Usually this is my favorite property. But our bathroom toilet was covered in urine when we arrived. Outside of that, the only thing I feel that needs to be fixed is the tvs in the room. They get almost no channels. And they’re so small you can barely see them. Which is unfortunate when you’re in the room at night.
