Great location. Tiny rooms. Nice restaurant. Small hotel feel.

Hotel location was wonderful walking distance to a lot of great things like Chinatown little literally the millennium 911 exhibit. The hotel was very clean immaculate in fact and service downstairs was wonderful. The only drawback was that I ordered coffee to come to the room in the morning but no one ever came to pick up the card. It says to leave the card out by 2 AM I left the card out at 10 PM so there was more than enough time to pick it up.. The Next day I called down and left a message at the front desk to have coffee delivered to the room for the following morning they said they would relay the message to the kitchen I never got the coffee. Overall it was a beautiful place really hip and fun. The one thing to be aware of was a $40.17 charge each night for amenities I’m not sure what amenities mean,as we took nothing from the room. We had breakfast and paid $49.37 for that. Good experience but the 40.17 a night really ticked me off Anne

Parking price is too high, especially with limited options outside of valet

Fabulous one night stay

Had a fabulous one night stay at NOMO SOHO this weekend. One little hiccup which was remedied quickly. I booked a Premium Queen room through Travelocity the other week, but a day before check-in, I found the same rate, but for a Premium King, so I cancelled the queen and replaced with the king bed. When I checked-in, the receptionist Jeffrey informed me that I had 2 bookings reflected. After I showed him the cancellation email, he fixed it in his system and upgraded me to a King Suite for my troubles. Very thoughtful and considerate. The rest of the stay was lovely.

Very Disappointing, Will Not Return

Pros: Good location in SoHo
Cons: Improve your service and care about your guests!
Location: Plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance
I booked this hotel after looking through their beautiful photos listed online (website and social media pages) and reading their room descriptions. The hotel boasts of having luxurious accommodations with excellent service. They have neither of these. Our bathroom door wouldn't close; it was off the hinges so it just bounced open when you tried to close it, leaving about a 6" gap. Even the closest of friends need privacy when going to the bathroom so we called the front desk to tell them about it. The maintenance man told us that "all of the bathroom doors are like that, they don't lock". We said we didn't need it to lock, we simply needed it to close. He argued with us a few more minutes and then finally agreed to try to fix the door. Then we sat there awkwardly while he fixed the door, all while listening to his LOUD radio going off the whole time for about 20 minutes. Normally most hotels would just move you to another room. I paid almost $450/night *on sale* so we finally decided to say something to the front desk personnel about our disappointing experience after the first night. We explained that we were expecting coffee in the rooms (per website photo), the rooftop bar, and overall, a more luxurious hotel experience like described on the website. The young man at the front desk said, quote, "They promise you cold water in hell, too"....then he went on to say that the hotel does a lot of false advertising to get people in. (!!!)

Great location for the young and hip set

Pros: location and price
Cons: solid bathroom doors would be nice. Currently they are thin opaque doors without a closure, they just kind of swing there without much privacy
Location: SoHo, one block off Broadway. Three blocks from little italy.
Nomo Soho is in a great location, close to Broadway, shopping, the subway and restaurants. It is clean and neat and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It also has a great look and vibe for the younger set that is looking for a place with high energy, constant dance beat throughout the lobby, restaurant, and elevators. If you are not expecting quiet you'll love the place.
