After getting back hone I received my checkout receipt and was charged for a water and two bags of chips that were in the room. We did not eat any of that they were left just where we found them untouched. We bought our own chips and waters from the cvs. First time that I stayed here everything was perfect. I had called to ask about the charge from the chips and water and they told me it was too late to do anything since I had already checked out, how was I supposed to know I was going to get charged for something we didn’t eat or open ?? They told me they would remove it and give me a call back, never received a call back and they still charged me I had to call the customer service line and they refunded me the money.

room was nice, clean and cozy (aka small). sort of gave me Japan vibes. No closet but a couple of hooks to hang your clothes on. had requested for late checkout and was initially told that if I was a Bonvoy member I could extend until 4pm. But when i checked in with a different host i was told the best they could offer was 12pm checkout. the other qual had was that i asked for directions from the hotel to Newark Airport…specifically regarding PATH transit. The host said there was no such option and that I would have to sub it up to Penn Station and then out to EWR, which is just over an hour trip. I ended up wandering over to Occulus and took PATH to the airport in roughly 30mins +/- Please know how to give proper directions if you’re so certain Otherwise a convenient location to FiDi attractions and eats.
