Super convenient location and quieter than I expected, EXCEPT for the numerous slamming doors late morning. Had to have maintenance come to the room 3 times to fix various things and while checking out, someone brought a plank to the desk which had fallen on his wife purportedly.

I had a great stay just steps away from Times Square! I had a quick and easy check-in. The room was smaller, which was expected. I had a nice view of the city, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner that were provided smelled great and were good quality. The hotel was well-maintained and the staff was super friendly. Also, there was never a wait for an elevator and it typically went right to my floor with no stops, which is a huge bonus for NYC. I don't typically stay in Times Square, but this hotel was such a pleasant suprise and I will be back!

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and they had everything but a microwave available. The staff was friendly and helpful. The elevators were great, no waits ever. We also loved the sayings on the floor and the mirror in the elevator. We would definitely stay here again. The location was also perfect.
