My whole experice was awesome, I had to modify my stay due to a death in the family. My check in was on my birthday, staff was great, made my stay a wonderful & great experience. They helped me with making the changes to my reservation along with hotels.com agent. From hotel check in to my check out, it was awesome. Christopher & the day shift manager (sorry, I forgot her name), the valet who handled my luggage & brought up the fridge to my room. I'm planning to stay here again when i return to NY.

Everything else was booked and this was one of only a handful of options. For $800, a clean, small no frills room in a small hotel that shares its lobby with a restaurant. Service very friendly. By booking more in advance there would have been better and cheaper options, but last minute beggars can’t be choosers.
