This is a great boutique hotel that's literally one block from the Empire State Building. It's within walking distance to Penn Station, the subway, Times Square and Fifth Ave. There's a rooftop bar and burger place in the hotel. It's an older hotel but it's been remodeled. The staff are super friendly. There is a $25 resort/building fee per night but I'd rather stay here than Hampton Inn next door. Loved our stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kixby. Great value, location was great as it was close the subway entrance. Staff was very friendly. Loved the rooftop bar with view of Empire State Building. It was also nice to have adjoining Black Tap restaurant for post theater snacks.

It's a beautifully designed and central hotel. Our room was gorgeous and so big/spacious. Subway station is bottom of the street. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in NYC

Nice hotel very conveniently located. Very clean and roomier than other hotels that have been remodeled. The room wasn’t very cold (they promptly sent an engineer to help but it didn’t make any difference) but everyone was friendly.
