The staff were friendly , helpful...we got upgrade up level 26 ..beautiful view with tall building lighting up at evening...the room was clean . The location was very close to everything time square , lots of restaurants near by , very convenient...they allowed us to drop off luggage before check in and after check out so we were hand free to walk around ...thank you so much ..we will book again next year

Hubby and I just on an overnight in the city for the money you could not beat this place… The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was incredible considering it was included in the price! They had a large variety of options for breakfast. I would say the only downside was the manhole outside the hotel was loud during the night when big trucks would go over it! It could be because we were only on the seventh floor and maybe a higher floor you wouldn’t hear it as much! Would definitely stay again!
