One of the largest rooms I’ve ever had in NYC. Very friendly and responsive staff, quiet room with little light pollution, even despite its proximity to Times Square. Would stay here again and again!

While I know Times Square isn't the "coolest" location, as someone who visits NYC often, if you want a hotel room that actually gives you amenities and space, this is the location to stay in. This Hyatt was incredible. The room was a great size, the staff was so helpful and kind, we always felt safe (two girls on a girls trip), and it's still very walkable to a lot of the sights. I can't imagine I'll stay anywhere else.

Review

Some long lines at check in and check out and in their market. But staff helpful and appreciate they provide plenty of water. Beds were a bit hard so if you like firm mattresses this is the place for you. Apparently our family does not. Hotel is in a great location.
