If you show up 15 minutes before check in, don’t tell some one their room is clean but not ready then make then have a seat in the lobby only to get back in the end of a very long line when the room is ready.

Got to the hotel 15 minutes before check in , we were told our room was clean but not ready . By 3 pm the crowd came in which left us no choice to get back in a very long line and unable to check in for another hour. There’s git to be a better way. How about give people a number and call it in order Ike a bakery does. Hotel breakfast service has a low level of awareness. Assuming everyone is there for the buffet is not ok. We were charged for 3 meals when we only had 2. A teenager was with us but chose to eat at McDonald’s .

Horrible experience. We got in around 11pm and everything seemed fine. Got it out room and it had to be about 80 degrees. Tried to run the AC and nothing. Called the desk and they sent someone and it wouldn’t work. At this point we had two kids in bed so decided to rough it. Woke up early due to not being able to sleep and decided to shower. Shower wouldn’t drain and water was leaking from the faucet. Let the front desk know about our issues and they said we would get a refund. Since we booked through Travelocity she said we would go through them. Well they called and they said they couldn’t help. To add to this, they require you to call an hour ahead for your valet. We called for 40 minutes straight without anyone picking up. Never staying here again. Will dispute my charge at this point. For our first time in the city, this was a huge disappointment.

We booked a standard room and it was very small and window had no view. We asked for a better room but they didn't agree at the beginning but then said let see what we can do tomorrow. The next day the moved us to another room which had a better view with better furniture arrangements so it felt bigger.so we agreed to move to this room. In the evening when we came back from sightseeing I went to take a shower and found that the shower door screws were loose and the door could fall. I was too afraid to open the shower door and as it was late I called them next morning to send someone to fix it. It took three phone calls for the reception to send me one. The other thing was the washing basin drainage was blocked. And when I asked the maintenance guy to fix it he said I have to call the reception to be put an order throu! The bottom line is that the bathroom was in a very bad condition and I had to call so many times to have things fixed. The only thing I liked in this hotel was the location and the rooftop lounge.

Where to start… fist I had a reservation of a room for a night but my flight got delayed and I ended up getting there at 6am, before this I had sent a message to the hotel through Expedia, called and let them know I was checking in at 6am and confirmed through the honors app the reservation. All of this didn’t matter because they cancelled the reservation without letting me know and I arrived to the hotel to greet Cole for him to tell me that I’d have to wait until 8am for a manager to get there because he didn’t know how to reinstate the reservation… insane…

My stay was great, very friendly and clean but the space is very small. The room with double beds that was full size for 4 people wasn’t big enough. Nowhere to put luggage, we were in each other’s way. The time we spent there was great.
