Staff was very courteous, got free warm cookies as we checked in and the room was spacious and clean! If you are on the higher floors, it might take a bit longer to make it down to the main floor or the lobby, but the city view was so worth it!! Beds were very comfy as well! Would definitely stay here again!!

Room was clean and nice . Elevators take forever because there’s only 3 elevators for all 44 floors. The rooms are pretty small but on the bright side the room comes with a mini fridge and coffee maker. The location isn’t too bad and I love that they let guests leave their luggage there after check out. It gave us the opportunity to roam around NY luggage free until our flight.
