It was a great location near Penn Station and several subway stops, so very conveniently located. Walking distance to Macys, Herald Square and Madison Square Park. Street was relatively quiet and right across from NYPD. Rooms were decent sized for NY. I misread the amenities and thought breakfast was included - it’s not. But lots of great bagel and coffee shops very near by.

Had to check in at midnight and the service wa quick and very friendly. The room was nice clean and very comfortable. I didn’t have time to get breakfast but I’d be happy to stay here again.

We only got our room cleaned once in 4 nights. Bell hop was extremely rude. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels twice and they only brought one roll and 2 large towels with no wash cloths. As a Bonvoy member, I will pass on this hotel in the future.
