Great experience

The staff were more than willing to accommodate my late check in and check out. I will definitely stay again during my next visit to New York.

Good location

bed was very uncomfortable. Room reminded me of an 80's college dorm room. Service was pedestrian at best. On the plus side good Location and parking reasonably close.

Excellent service!

Pros: Service!!!
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Location: Close to the 9/11 Memorial site, Wall Street, Battery Park,Stone Street outdoor bars/restaurants, Brooklyn Bridge to name a few!
Upon arrival, Iris at the front desk was professional and friendly. She made suggestions and pulled out a map to show how to get where we needed to go. We were much too early to check in but she offered restroom facilities, coffee and free chilled spring water bottles to take with us while seeing the city. The coffee machine made lattes, cappucino, etc. and was always available. The onsite restaurant/bar had equally friendly staff. I have no complaints and appreciate that everyone of the staff that we came in contact with was so very friendly.

Nice hotel, good rate & close to subway

I stayed at this hotel on Saturday and have a very good rate. I was arriving before 3pm and the front desk let me early check in. I was booked the room thru online and didn't realize that the room is not a king size bedroom. They upgrade my room without paying extra but it is close to the elevator. I thought must be noisy the room close to elevator due to the traffic up and down, but that is not bad, might be they have very good sound proof wall. At night, I just walk to the restaurant attached with the hotel have dinner. The only complaint I have is the menu is limited. This is a good place to stay with good price on a Saturday.

Christmas at the Club Quarters Financial District

Pros: Everything I mentioned above, but especially the members of your staff.
Cons: A bagel or a bialy for breakfast, would have been greatly appreciated. Leo's Bagels a few blocks away was too far to walk to early in the morning.
Location: I specifically liked the restaurants in the area. My son took us to "Haru", the "Dubliner", we had Pizza from "Bene Cucina", "Baily's Pub" is great.
I made my reservation for flight/hotel early October, 2015. My husband and I had stayed there before and liked the proximity to my son's apt. in the area. After being there for 2 days, and although the standard room was comfortable enough, my son upgraded it as a Christmas gift to us. Anthony, the gentleman at the reservation desk, called to say we could leave for a while and the staff would move us, but we preferred to pack ourselves and went down for coffee in the lobby. When we returned not too long after, our things were in our new room. Needless to say, it was very roomy and quite comfortable. My husband, who suffers from COPD and spends a lot of time in the room when we travel, was in all his glory. Although there are quite a few other hotels in the area, I would not consider staying anywhere else (regardless of the size of the room) because your staff is always very gracious and accommodating, the food at Baily's pub is delicious, the convenience of delicious coffee without having to leave the premises and the overall cleanliness of the hotel, make staying there a complete and total pleasure. I wish I had asked for the names of the staff, so I could compliment them personally. I have already recommended your hotel to friends who asked about our stay there.

Horrible Customer Service

I called to inform the hotel that I would be having a late arrival, the gentleman that answered the phone was paying attention to the party they must was having in the background. He put me on hold but not the phone the staff was to busy partying and making plans for their nye. Once I arrived the check in personal Micheal was not friendly or welcoming. Asked Michael about parking his reply "Oh it's on Liberty st." How was I supposed to know what part of Liberty street I'm not even from here. The hot water in my room took all of 15 minutes to get hot. Overall it was just horrible. Guess the staff wasn't to pleased to be working on NYE

Nice location about 1 block from Wall Street.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Need safes in the rooms, the sheets and towels should be upgraded, as they are like sandpaper.
Location: The location is great, and plenty of sights to see there. Also, very convenient to several subway lines. GREAT restaurants right near by!
The location is good, the staff nice and helpful, the place was clean, but very small, with no ice on our floor and not even a safe in the room. Sheets and towels were a little on the rough side, and the room was clean. It was better than not being in NYC for the evening, but next time I would look at other places.

Great budget choice for NYC!

Pros: Staff overwhelmingly pleasant and eager to make the stay enjoyable. Room was quiet and bed extremely comfortable. A great home away from home.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Great location in the middle of financial district for a business visitor, but also very easy to get around town via subway in minutes from here.
Repeat pleasure visit to this hotel, the last being over the summer. Stayed four nights up to Thanksgiving, and it was still wonderful all around. Super clean and modern room provided for a great price. If you're not used to staying in NYC, you'll find the standard rooms here are somewhat small. But it is certainly fine for NYC. Had a comfortable double bed, desk, flat screen TV, closets, modern bathroom with shower stall. All nicely appointed. Front desk staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Location in very lower Manhattan is close to many subway lines. Wall Street is a minute away with the 2 and 3 trains. Fulton Center, the brand new subway station with multiple lines going everywhere, is just a five minute walk away. Didn't eat in the hotel or take advantage of amenities such as the business center or fitness room. Many dining options in all price ranges abound nearby. This area used to clear out of workers after 5-6 pm and be rather lonely nights and weekends. It still is rather quiet then, but much more is open in this part of town now (late or 24 hours) than before with many residents now living here in apartments and condos. You'll see many residents walking around with dogs and children. NYC is one of the safest cities in the USA, and you'll certainly feel at ease in the neighborhood if you're used to cities of any size. A wonderful time and place to stay. Will be back to this hotel again and again.
