Had an issue with heating and water in showers and talked to staff and had room switched easily and a cup of coffee offered to relieve stress. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Would stay at CitizenM everywhere it’s available. Bed and pillows so comfy too.

Loved the room and the view! So cozy and cute! Lobby was uniquely decorated and we took advantage of the view from the rooftop bar after returning to the hotel after the concert we attended nearby.
The view from our room was perfect! Also loved the electric closure of the blinds and the personalized message on the TV.

This was definitely the tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in. If you’re a solo traveler it might work for you. Bathroom is almost as small as an airplane bathroom. Sink is in the middle of the room. Zero privacy.

Very well designed hotel. The room was small but ergonomically designed to meet every need. Fun ipad controls to set the room ambiance. Beautiful rooftop bar with spectacular views and delicious cocktails. Conveniently Located to chinatown, little italy, lower east side. Staff was very nice and accommodating but they are about to be taken over by Marriott so there was a little confusion but nothing that hindered our stay. Ask about MOGA!

Thermostat wasn’t working, first hotel I ever stayed at where they didn’t give you water or coffe machine inside. The restaurant in hotel doesn’t have to go cups. Would not be back.
