This was the loudest CitizenM I've stayed in, but that has to do with location as opposed to the hotel itself. The team were very helpful and the amenities were very good. CitizenM hotels are generally only good for solo travel, I think the rooms would be too small for a couple.

We loved this hotel. We visit New York City a lot, and this hotel was such a surprise! The location is excellent for subway stations and for walking. The staff is so welcoming and helpful and the amenities are great! We LOVED the rooftop deck as it is hip and cozy at the same time and has AMAZING views of the entire city! The lobby has a great meeting and workspace. Check out this hotel if you haven't been before!
