I stayed at the arlo many many time, I truly loved it!I had a wonderful experience when they were under the direction of a manger( he has since left )6 weeks after he left it was horrible the attitude of the font desk was totally disrespectful. I had many issues with my room, clocked shower,sink backing up. The AC sounds like a truck driving when it clicked on.i told the front desk this, the reply was what do you want me to do! Really? ! I could go on about the nonsense. Since then I found an amazing hotel around the corner that respects their guest. The Hugo on Greenwich such a different experience.

Excellent location, amazing design, and service was excellent-- the coffee at the lobby cafe was great. The only thing-- and it is the only thing-- is that the rooms are a wee bit tight. We are a couple and we did fine. It will help with intimacy.

The rooms are too noisy and extremely small even for NYC. This hotel is only good for one or two nights maximum. The noise from the street and rooftop bar is terrible. Very difficult to sleep. The traffic around the hotel is awful since it is very close to the entrance of Holland Tunnel. There are no amenities (water, coffee) in the room probably because nothing fits. You expect a lot more from a 4-star hotel at this price.

I got lucky with fromt role parking woohoo!! ✊️ view was soo amazing from the terrace and not to mention a decent space out side it. Missed out on the rooftop but the JayDee was pumping it up lasy night with good tracks. Will come back again soon !! A

Arlo Soho is a friendly and convenient hotel on Hudson Street - a nice walking distance to Whitney Museum, High Line, and many great restaurants. Staff members are always cordial and helpful.

Arlo Soho was perfectly located for soho, Chelsea and the financial district, as well as some great restaurants and bars. The hotels rooftop bar has a perfect view of the One World Trade Building and a great selection of cocktails - the margarita was a personal fav. The hotel was clean and although small, the room was comfy. The staff were super helpful and really friendly. We can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Great for solo travelers with no big luggage. Great location, service and condition. Rooms are super small. If you travel by yourself with light weight - this is the place for you.
